OFFICE POLICIES
Cancellations
If the scheduled appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours notice or as a no-show, future appointments will require a credit card on file and a charge of $50 will be charged.
Late Arrival
Patients who arrive 15 minutes later than the appointment time will need to reschedule. The deposit will be withheld as a penalty fine.
Payments
We accept all major credit cards, cash, Care Credit, Zelle, Cherry Payment plans, and Venmo. I am solo owner and operator, I am always willing to work with my clients on payment.
I have a dedicated parking spot for my clients! Spot #17, it is the 3rd spot to the right of the front door. Off 9th Ave. Look for the sign below
